 2.3端电压的偏差(静态偏差与动态偏差)

  动态偏差在浮充运行初期较大。实际上,刚出厂的蓄电池可能是因为部分电池中处于电解液饱和状态而影响了氧复合反应的进行,从而使浮充电压过高,电解液饱和的电池会因不断的充电使水分解而“自动调整”至非饱和状态,6个月后端电压偏差逐渐减小。但偏差较大也不排除与有的制造商制造质量有关。

  我国GB13337.1-Q1及德国DJN43539-84规定固定型电池静态偏差范围为电压平均值的+0.1~0.05V。

  邮电部YD/T799-1996规定,静态时,最高电压与最低电压值偏差为20mV,动态时,最高电压值与最低电压值偏差不超过50mV。

  电力部DL/T637-1997规定,静态时,最高电压与最低电压值偏差为30mV,动态时,最高电压值与最低电压值偏差不超过50mV。

  2.4气体的复合

  在正常浮充电电压下,电流在0.02C以下时,气体复合,正极析出的氧扩散到负极表面。在负极还原,负极周围无盈余的氧气,负极析出的氢气是微量的。若提升浮充电压,或环境温度升高,使充入电流徒升,气体再化合效率随充电电流增大而变小,在0.05C时复合率为90%,当电流在0.1C时,气体再化合效率近似为零。如图1所示,这时聚集在负极的氧气和负极表面析出的氢气很多,电池内压徒升,排气阀开启,造成蓄电池严重缺水。 2.5温度的影响

  电池充电时其内部气体复合本身就是放热反应,使电池温度升高,浮充电流增大,析气量增大,促使电池温度升得更高,电池本身是“贫液”,装配紧密,内部散热困难,如不及时将热量排除,将造成热失控。浮充末期电压太高,电池周围环境温度升高,都会使电池热失控加剧。

  温度每升高1℃,电池电压下降约3mV/单电池,致使浮充电流升高,使温度进一步升高。温度高于50℃会使电池槽变形。

  温度低于-40℃时,阀控式铅酸蓄电池还能正常工作,但蓄电池容量会减小。

  阀控式铅酸蓄电池由于结构问题对温度要求很高,这一点大家都注意到了,为此,在设计充电设备时都考虑了温度补偿措施,但温度采样点的选取至关重要,它直接关系着补偿的效果。温度采样点有三处,即蓄电池附近的空气温度、蓄电池外壳的表面温度及蓄电池内部电解液温度。第一处最容易,目前基本都采用此法,但这种方法很不准确,因为由于某种原因使蓄电池温度升高,但蓄电池温度的升高很难引起蓄电池附近的空气温度的升高,因此这种补偿措施基本无用;第三处最能反应蓄电池的实际情况,但较难实现;第二处最实际,也较容易实现,目前已有企业根据第二处的采样设计温度补偿单元
